FUTURE DELI.CO is the place in Australia to buy next generation foods & products from our 3 pillars: plant based foods, functional foods and socially responsible products.

At FUTURE DELI.CO our number 1 priority is your happiness. This means that we stand 100% behind our products. No questions asked, no matter what, no ifs and no buts. If you have a problem, we will solve it. Refund it. Send you a new product. Whatever it takes. Just reach out to us via our Contact page and we’ll be glad to help you.

No. We’re not a vegan-only store, but we certainly have a lot of products that are fully vegan friendly. All of our products are characterised for their attributes such as vegan, gluten etc. Simply check those attributes on the corresponding product. Or you could simply filter products by attributes, such as ‘vegan’ only as shown with this search here.

Gift cards are currently not supported, but are expected to be released later this year.

Shipping & REturnS

We ship our products Australia wide and generally use Australia Post as our main distribution partner, however this may change depending on future needs, customer demands or geographic distribution options.

During check-out the available delivery choices will be clearly shown and in some cases, choices are given.

We offer free shipping on any orders of the value of $150 or more.

Perishable products will be shipped with foodgrade gel ice packs inside a well insulated cardboard box. All perishable products will be shipped via Australia Post Express.

All orders will receive tracking details once the item has dispatched. These details will be sent to your order email. They can also be retrieved on the ‘My Account’ page if you chose to create an account during the check-out process.

Yes, As our main distribution partner is Australia Post, we can send your items to any PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. In fact, this is often the best way to guarantee that your items arrive to you as quickly as possible.

We dispatch orders on Mondays and Tuesdays each week with an order cut-off date of Sunday at midnight (Sydney time). Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a notification together with the tracking details of your parcel.

Due to the nature of most of our products being perishable and/or food items, we cannot accept returns. However, we do have a ‘Happiness Guarantee’, so if you’re unhappy about the products you received, simply contact us and we will find a solution.

At this moment we don’t offer a pick-up option.

For non-perishable products you can select between ‘Standard’ and ‘Express’ postage. All perishable products will have to travel with the ‘Express’ option.

Yes it does. However, all perishable items will incurr a small fee to cover the costs of the ice gel packs and insulation. This will be added automatically to your cart and is compulsory.

If Australia Post can ship to you, then we can too! It is your responsibility though to know whether perishable goods can arrive within a reasonable time (up to 72 hours) from dispatch. We ship from Brisbane Metro area and you can check Australia Post’s delivery estimator for the transit time. Please note that FUTURE DELI.CO cannot be held responsible for delays by our distribution partners.

All of our products need to fit into at least one of our pillars: plant based foods, functional foods or social products. We then select them based on their value to our customers, our overall mission and the ‘future’ value they possess aka how innovative they are. Lastly they also need to taste good.

Certainly. We’re all about transparency and all of our products should list the ingredients in full detail. Please note that while this information is periodically checked, we cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer changes an ingredient without noticing us. If you think something isn’t right, please let us know via our contact form.

All health related statements are directly taken from the supplier’s products and their corresponding information pages & website. FUTURE DELI.CO cannot be held responsible for these claims. Having said that, we do stand fully behind the brands and products we selected. Should you have any concerns or questions that are not answered here or within the product description, feel free to contact us.

As we only stock packaged products, we can guarantee that there is no chance of cross contamination of products within our premises. This means, if you order, say a vegan product, thaat product will not have come in contact with a non-vegan product.
